The change between then and now is she has gained an extension for H4 status for the next 3 years. With this change will her class of admission on AP application be H4-B or something else? If something else then will it be LPR or AP in the Class of Admission field on the form? It takes about 1 to 2 weeks for the information from FBI to be tied to your case. So when your SR was raised, the inormation might not have been available yet.
So, if you do not get greened by end of this month, raise another SR request or take an Infopass.

11. All the files are stacked. IOs are making best effort to pick files from bottom. However stretching full arm (fishing) is not able to reach 2004 cases, instead 2005 or 2006 cases comes in hand.

Got EAD's and AP's for both me and my spouse.
I 485-Received mail from Uscis on August 23rd,requesting for Evidence(no change in online status though).
RFE was for EVL,for which response was sent on 16 th sep(through Murthy firm )
Hard LUD on 17th september,change in online status,"received RFE response case process resumed"
soft LUDs on my application on 18,19,20,22 and 23rd.
soft LUDs on spouse application on 22nd and 23 rd.
What does this mean,My case is being processed ,any chances of getting GC this month?Any thoughts?

I was working with a company until November 2007. I went to India in Dec and came back in Feb and was out of project until April 2008. During this time my relation with my employer gone bad and he threatened to cancel my H1. I transferred my H1 to the new company and is on project and is working with them from May 2008 till now. For the 8 months I worked in 2008 I got a total salary of 50,000 based on annual salary of $75K. This is less than the prevailing wages. Since my W2 is only $50,000 I'm worried about my immigration prospects. My previous employer withdrew my I140 application. I’m in my 6th year and just started my Labor process with the new company.
My current company is ready to help me, but they cannot run any payroll for last year, but can provide bonus for last year to make the total of last year up to $60k. They are a small co. and have never done this before.
How can we include this bonus in my W2 (I haven't filed my taxes so far, the company also hasn't filed their 2008 taxes)
What is the wage mentioned on LCA for the H1 ? Is it more then 50K?

My H1B visa stamping application finally got approved after 2 months at the Mumbai consulate. But I travelled back on the AP a month back as my employer started getting impatient.
I have received an email from them asking to submit the passport for stamping as the administrative processing on the application is completed.
I am planning to write back to them that I no longer need a visa stamp for travel as I travelled back on the AP. Would this be a bad idea ?
Has anyone withdrawn their H1B visa stamping application before ?
Appreciate any information on this.

(As an indication of the rate of demand and how close to the quarterly and annual limits usage is, the USCIS requested three India EB-2 numbers for January, all with dates prior to 01 JAN 00.) There is some possibility that India EB-2 could again become available if it appears that the demand for India EB-1 will not exceed the annual limit, but, that determination will not be able to be made until the second half of the fiscal year.
For China-mainland born EB-2, if demand remains as has been seen over the last couple of months, it is expected that the 01 JAN 03 cut-off date will hold, and it is likely that all numbers will be used within the current cut-off date.
