I didn't get a 4 because I was holding out for a bigger screen. I really want to keep buying Apple products. But at this point, if the phone is delayed or the screen is staying the same size, I am going to have to start checking out some of the HTCs. My 3G is almost unusable since OS4.Enjoy! But we have to realize that Apple does not want to be predictable. We don't really know just exactly how the JAPAN devastation affected Apple and how it will deliver its products. That could be very well what has delayed things. If this is the case, patience is all we can give anybody at this point. They lost so much.

Surely it's marginalized when the other companies are giving away their products for market share (and losing money in the same time).
Of course Apple is having great success today with its iOS ecosystem. However, I think we are near their zenith of market dominance and it will soon be downhill - eventually leading to stagnation and marginalization. We can see this happening with the iPhone; its market share is going down, not up. I think we will see the same trend come to the tablet market in the next year or two.

Mi powerbook g4 wont boot. I just erase and reinstal mac osx, reset NVRam, and use disk utilities to repair HD. But nothing seams to work and in fact i belive it came out worts. The sytems works perfect in safe mode, but in normal mode it just stay in a blue screen, the fan continue to work but nothing else happens.
I reallyneed help because no mac service will be available for some days and I am in desperate need to work on my laptop.

should have searched first! Seems you need a PC to flash the card. I've only got 3 macs so thats out. I'll have to buy a pre flashed card if I want improvements
You didn't search deep enough ;) ATI cards can be flashed on a Mac using VNC and Graphicaccelerator. It's easy. Search for "flashing 9800 using VNC" on cubeowner.com for details.

iPhone 4 for both me and the girlfriend. We decided to consolidate our phone bills, and FaceTime was a primary deciding factor for her. Decided to keep it light on the gifts this year with the addition of a new car, apartment/furniture, and a puppy.

I have an ipad 3g with 4.2.1 with 7.10.00 baseband.
I know the 4.2.1 can be jailbroken....but can the 7.10 be unlock?

Lets say I have a library of MP3 music in a directory, and I have some external storage (SD card, USB flash drive, whatever...). Is there an App, script etc. that will fill up the storage device with random files from my music library?
The SD card does not show up in iTunes. A Google search didn't turn up anything

I'm sitting on 48-9k PPD right now. 950 @ 4ghz and 1750mhz on the shaders of the 460. Not too shabby.

Updated the Nvidia drivers to 266 and now the GTX 460s are both folding at 15K + each. That's an increase of 3-4k PPD each.
